# Contact & Support

> How to reach the OpenRegister team for API support, billing questions, and partnerships

Pick the channel that fits your question and include your account email or API key prefix (the first characters of `sk_live_…`, never the full key) so we can look things up quickly.

## Reporting a data issue

If a company profile, person, or document looks wrong, email [support@openregister.de](mailto:support@openregister.de) with:

* The company ID or person ID from the API response (or the URL on openregister.de)
* What you expected to see and what you saw instead
* Where the correct value can be verified, for example a register excerpt or a Bundesanzeiger filing

Data is imported from the official registers. We fix parsing and matching errors on our side and forward genuine register errors to the source.

## Security

To report a vulnerability, email [support@openregister.de](mailto:support@openregister.de) with "Security" in the subject line. Please do not open a public issue.
